Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy describes the personal information Denobulus handles and how we use it. Our Terms of Service explain the rules for using our services.
1. Who we are
Denobulus, LLC (“Denobulus”, “we”, “us”), a Colorado limited liability company, provides Managed WordPress Hosting, Shared Web Hosting, domain registration, Website Design and Website Care services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit denobulus.com, use our client portal at portal.denobulus.com or use our services, and how we use and protect it.
2. Information we collect
Account and contact information
Your name, email address, postal address, phone number, company name (if any) and the login details for your client portal account.
Billing and payment information
Invoices, order history, the services you buy and your payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles your card details, and our billing system may keep limited details it provides, such as the card type, the last four digits, the expiry date and a reference token used for future payments.
Service and provisioning information
Information needed to set up and run your services, such as your hosting account username, domain names, the files, databases and email you store with us, and settings you choose.
Domain registration information
When you register or transfer a domain, the registrant contact details required by the registrar and the relevant registry.
Support communications
The content of support tickets and emails you send us, and our replies.
Server and security logs
Our servers automatically record technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or user-agent details, email delivery records and security events. We use these logs to operate, secure and troubleshoot our services.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Our marketing website, denobulus.com, does not set cookies for visitors and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose light or dark mode, that preference is saved in your own browser’s local storage so the site remembers it; it is not sent to us.
Our client portal uses essential cookies, such as a session cookie, to keep you signed in and to make the ordering and account features work. These are required for the portal to function.
4. How we use your information
- to create and manage your account and provide the services you order;
- to process payments, send invoices, renewal reminders and other service notices;
- to register, transfer and renew domains on your behalf;
- to respond to support requests;
- to protect our systems, our customers and third parties, including detecting and preventing abuse and fraud;
- to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed to provide our services or where required by law:
- Stripe, to process card payments;
- NameSilo, our domain registrar, and the relevant domain registries, to register, transfer and renew domains. Some registrant information may be published in or made available through domain registration data services as required by registry rules;
- authorities or other parties where we are legally required to, or where it is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
Our servers are located in Dallas, Texas, USA, and the information we hold is processed in the United States.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and billing records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting and dispute purposes.
- Hosting data is deleted when a service is terminated. Backups provide 30 days of backup history, after which older backup copies are removed. We may delete data sooner where reasonably necessary for abuse, fraud, chargeback, legal or security reasons.
- Support tickets are kept with your account history so we can help you with future requests.
- Server and security logs are kept for a limited period, only as long as reasonably needed for operation, security and troubleshooting.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to our website and client portal, access controls and account isolation on our servers, and backups stored on a separate backup server. No system is completely secure, so please also keep your own passwords safe and your installed software up to date.
8. Your choices and rights
You can review and update most account details in the client portal. You can also ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose, where that use is not required to provide the service or meet a legal obligation.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below and, where the change is significant, notify you by email or in the client portal.
